The dissertation is devoted to the development of statistical methods and systems of signal phase characteristics (SPC) measurement. The probability model of narrow band signals phase shifts has been developed. The discrete sliding Hilbert transformations have been analyzed for problems connected with SPC precise analysis. The use of the numerical system of residual classes in vector-phase measurements, coding and sequrity of information has been proposed and analyzed. On the basis of LABWIEV soft- ware the systems for signal phase characte- ristics analysis have been developed
