Essay

The thesis is devoted to determination of main physical laws of mass transportation from thin metal films in limited duration system under the atomic hydrogen influence. A complex experimental research of metal films (Cu, Ni, Ag, Au, In) – germanium structures processed in atomic hydrogen during different treatment times were carried out at 310-320 K. Experimental data analyses is revealed in physical model of the most important mass transportation mechanisms.
