Essay

The work is devoted to creating of nanotechnologies for molecular electronic devices. The mechanisms of different ways of intercalation is considered. On the example of lcompounds AIIIBVI and A2VB3VI are state the laws of changes in their at intercalation and cointercalation. Іnvestigated features of intercalation and reintercalation of natural layered silicates and nanoscale SiO2 і TiO2. It is created experimental samples, which is planed to be manufacturing in 2005 year.
