The economical processes occuring in the industrial production potential. Development of scientific foundations, methods of measuring and estimation of the processes of the production potential application and reproduction. The methods of investigation have been scientific statutes of the modern economical science in the field of studying complex economical structures. The theory of making statistically authentic systems of indices has been developed; new scientific and methodical ststutes for measuring, esimation and analysis of the condition of the integral production potential and its components application and reproduction havs been developed; the processes, occuring in the integral production potential of food industry have been investigated. The results in the field of the economics theory have been received. It has been introduced into industrial enterprises and into an educational process. The range of application is industrial objects.
