Object of research: logistic processes that take place in the systems of controlling of enterprises functioning in the conditions of unstable environment. Purpose of research: development of theory of design of the logistic system of enterprise, providing the increase of efficiency of the use of the resources involved in production. Methods of research: economic and mathematical design, theory of mass service, guided queuing systems, industrial logistic, adaptation in the economic systems, methods of optimization and estimations of efficiency of the production and economic systems. Results: a con-clusion is grounded that production processes in a modern economy occur in a market environment with prevailing of casual factors; the problem of design of the logistic and controlling systems of enter-prise is formulated; principles of functioning of the flexible produc-tion-logistic systems are explored; existent instruments and tech-nologies of design of industrial logistic and controlling of enterprise taking into account the features of the economic systems are ana-lysed, that allowed to formulate the basic tasks of research; concep-tion of design of level of flexibility of the production-logistic sys-tems taking into account economic problems and type of information about the economic system is offered; grounded expedience of ap-plication of theory of mass service for the design of the systems of industrial logistic is explored; the method of design of the flexible production and logistic systems with revamping in the conditions of the limited resources is developed; the criterion of estimation of efficiency of functioning of the flexible production-logistic systems is developed and a model with the limited resource and revamping before and after the beginning of issue of products is built; the method of choice of optimum moment of beginning of revamping of the flexible production-logistic systems is developed; the models of the production-logistic systems with combined revamping are built; the methods of analysis and built models of the flexible production-logistic systems are developed; built to the model of functioning of the flexible production-logistic systems in the conditions of perma-nent revamping of equipment; developed logistic methods of organi-zation of economy of raw material; the criterion of expenses is de-veloped and logistic case by work of the chainlet "enterprise-storage" frames at different methods of delivery of commodity are built; the models of functioning of the production-logistic system with the stand-by equipment are built; the methods of calculation of economic efficiency of introduction of models of the production-logistic systems in practice of management by industrial enterprises are developed. Novelty: conception of determination of level of flexibility of the production-logistic systems; theoretical bases of effective organization of management by an enterprise in the condi-tions of market; methods of analysis of models for determination of optimum size of start of products inthe flexible production-logistic system; method of design of the flexible production-logistic system in the conditions of small demand on a commodity (rarest streams); model of the flexible production-logistic system at presence of equipment; method of design of work of the block "enterprise-storage" into the logistic system; method of determination of opti-mum moment of including in work of a different stand-by identical equipment; models of cold standby of the technologically hardly fastened identical and unidentical equipment with rapid and arbitrary duration of equipment revamping in transition from the reserve state in the working state. Got further development: methods of determi-nation of level of flexibility of the production-logistic systems; re-search receptions of the guided queuing systems with the limited resource; methods and models of analysis of the systems with the cold standby of production capacities; methods and models of indus-trial logistic. Field of use: enterprises.
