Essay

Object of inquiry is process of obtaining of the information about condition of electrotechnical objects; purpose of inquiry is rise of the speed and accuracy of definition of interrelated parameters of electrotechnical objects at real nonsinusoidal conditions of voltages and currents due to the new spectral parameters introduction and the improvement of the convergence of balancing processes; analysis and an apparatus is analytical, experimental; theoretical and practical results is substantiation of the introduction of new spectral parameters, method of establishment of conditions and criteria of quasi-balance, method of synthesis of block diagrams and parameters measurement algorithms of multiple-unit models of objects at nonsinusoidal conditions, creation of quasi-balanced frequency-variational measuring systems for the use in the objects with difficult functioning conditions; degree of introduction is in branch scales; sphere (branch) of introduction are electrotechnical objects of enterprises.
