Essay

The problem of creation of a regional network of geologic monitoring of existential variability structural - tectonic zones within the northwest shelf of the Black Sea is considered in the dissertation with use of a method of seismoacoustic monitoring geological processes, taking into account features of distribution of elastic waves in laminated geologic environment. Theoretical and methodical bases of monitoring of geodynamic zones of the Black Sea shelf in boundaries of a joint zone of the East-Europe platform and the Scythian plate are developed. The geodynamic model of the northwest shelf region of the Black Sea, based on principles of permissible homogeneity of geologic environment is generated. The constructed block-diagram is based on the geologic structure data of region, its structural-tectonic and geodynamic development, geophysical and physicomechanical parameters of rocks. Necessity of creation of monitoring system for registration and the forecast of earthquakes, deep structure analysisof earth crust, detailed research of dynamics of modern depositions is argued.
