Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the creation of a multifunctional mathematical and algorithmical basis for the optimal control by computer systems of multiple-effect evaporators taking into account evaporation nonstationarity. A new concept of a general optimal control system by multiple-effect evaporators built according the hierarchical principle is proposed. Static and dynamic mathematical models of multiple-effect evaporators heat states are used to solve different problems – from project calculation up to the joint where computer control systems are developed. Optimal control algorithms of steady states and the cycling of multiple-effect evaporators taking into account evaporation nonstationarity are synthesised. Data on the effectiveness of this development are presented.
