Essay

In the dissertation the results of experimental researches of influence of drift electrons and atoms in a field of laser radiation (LID) on the optical, magnetic and electrical characteristics of semiconductor crystals and multilauers nanofilms are present. Is shown, that the cause LID of atoms is electrostatic interaction of the ionized atoms with a field of a spatial charge LID electrons. LID electrons cause the large change of the refraction index and astigmatism of self-defocusing in semiconductor crystal, and also can cause magnetization nonmagnetic films. On the basis of results of researches the methods of scanning and reduction nanosecond and picoseconds laser pulses, compensation depolarization in magneto-optical recording systems of record of the information are proposed, the technology of formation phase and magnetic nanoislands is developed and samples of optical disks are created, the new scheme non kinematics optical and magnetoacoustic systems of record of the information are present.
