Within the framework of the developed in dissertation probability-physical approach the new more effective methods of the accelerated estimation of reliability are developed, allowing to reduce not only time of reception of the information on products reliability, but also volumes of products tests. A priori calculation methods of reliability on the basis of DN - distribution of an operating time to refusal in view of real product service conditions, the techniques of planning and processing of results of the accelerated control and definitive reliability test in the forced weighting modes, the methods of parametrical forecasting of reliability and the methodology of statistical modeling of product's degradation complex process and modeling of functional blocks and devices reliability are developed.
