Essay

The subject of investigation is the heat-and-power technologies and heating devices of the massive wares. The purpose of investigation is the improvement of technological process, the development of the new decisions, designing of effective technologies and its' management. Method used is the theoretical analysis carried out on the basis of analytical and numerical decisions of the problems of internal and external heat exchange. The results achieved are the thermal physical bases of rational thermal treatment of hollow metallic wares, worked up with the use of the local heating, provided by means of superficial and volume heaers, as well as the scientific methodical bases of determination of thermal state of hollow vessels at local thermal effects. New methods of calculation of sectional heating installation and the temperature of radiative surface of sections are offered. Recommendations formulated on determination of geometrical and power parameters of heating facilities are suggested. The scientific results of the thesis are mastered at the Dneproenergo JSS, SE Gyproprom, Dneprospezstal JSS at facilities planning and local heating modes and are effectively used at the educational process at Zaporozhye State Engineering Academy and Postov State Building University.
