Essay

The object of the investigation is a process of development and aerodynamic improvement of turbomachine blade rows flowed around by steady-state three-dimensional stream of viscous gas; the subjects are physical and mathematical models, methods of the system and informative technologies of modeling and analysis of three-dimensional separable turbulent flow of gas in the blade-to-blade channels of turbomachine rows, decision-making; the purpose of the investigation is a development of theoretical basis, software and hardware modeling tools and analysis of the physical fields and processes in the blade-to-blade channels of the high-loaded turbomachine rows of turbo-jet engines and turbo-installations, and also synthesis of rational spatial shapes of rows, with the complex use of methods of flow separation control; methods are the ones of systems analysis, mathematical modeling, mathematical physics, calculus mathematics, theories of turbomachine, decision-making and information systems; novelty - for thefirst time it was created a methodology of aerodynamic improvement of turbomachine rows, in which solutions of direct and inverse problems of aerodynamics in the three-dimensional setting are system incorporated; computational methods for gas viscous flow dynamics, a theory of the construction of computational modeling systems in relation to their structural and algorithmic organization, information technologies of their application on the basis of the offered adaptive models were further developed.
