Based on vast statistical data about spreading of urinary stone disease both in the world in general and in Ukraine in particular, the author states that the phenomenon bears local-regional peculiarities and is caused by such factors as social-economical, pollution of the environment, climatic, hydrochemical peculiarities of the drinking water and geological one. Associations of continuous rows are the most widespread ones, to which belong such associations as apatite-struvite, whewellite-apatite, weddelite-apatite and weddelite-whewellite.
