The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the stability and self-organizing processes at transition to the non-crystalline state and under the influence of external fields (electromagnetic radia- tion, temperature field, external noise). The soft configurations in crystalline and amorphous solids and their influence on the stability are analysed at significant deviations from the equilibrium state.
