Essay

The mechanisms of metastable supersaturated state formation at phase separation of superfluid solutions of 3Не in 4Не at superlow temperatures and kinetic processes in the concentrated helium isotope solutions near a line of a phase separation are presented. The times of growth of nuclei of a new phase and formation of separated phases from metastable states of superfluid solutions are estimated. The influence of pressure and velocity of a 3Не concentration change on critical supersaturation of solutions is investigated under entering the metastable area. The line of fast nucleation is constructed and the arguments are obtained in favour of heterogeneous character of nucleation which occurs on quantized vortices. The acoustic and kinetic properties of superfluid solutions are investigated in saturated and metastable supersaturated states. The comparison with the theory available is carried out. Characteristic relaxation times of temperature and concentration in superfluid solutions in presence of a thermal flow are established. The temperature dependence of effective heat conductivity of these solutions is obtained.
