Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of the statistical dynamical theory of X-ray diffraction and in particular, the dynamical theory of effects of interaction coherent and diffuse scattering by single crystals with complex fields of the static strain consisting of fluctuation field of static atom displacements from microdefects including large and smooth field of the macroscopic strain, and also to creation with use of the received results of theoretical bases of modern methods high-resolution X-ray diffractometry of structural imperfections of real monocrystals.
