Essay

The dissertation is devoted to problem solution of the gas-turbine engines (GTE) blades condition monitoring and diagnosis of the crack-like damages at the stationary and non-stationary modes of operating. The diagnosis model of GTE is developed, the influence of damage is determined and investigated on the parameters and characteristics of blade free oscillations, on stationary and non-stationary forced oscillations. The efficiency of signal processing methods (bispectral, time-frequency, scale-time and statistical analysis) is demonstrated by the results of numerical and physical simulations at the stationary and non-stationary modes of vibration excitation. The fault features are detected and investigated, the damage parameter is evaluated. The neuron networks are used for decision making about blades condition monitoring at the stationary and non-stationary modes. The method of application of the vibroacoustical diagnosis of the blades crack-like damages is developed at the stationary and non-stationary modes of GTE operating.
