Essay

The object of research: asymmetrical three-phase and single-phase induction systems for heating flat hire of metals. The purpose of research: development of mathematical models and methods of the analysis of electromagnetic fields and processes in induction systems, which as a group take into account design feature inductor and system of the power supplies. Methods of research: the theory of an electromagnetic field, methods of mathematical physics, theory complex variable and theory of the generalized functions. Theoretical and practical results and innovations:: the theory of an electromagnetic field in a part of development of mathematical models and methods of the analysis of electromagnetic processes in complex asymmetrical electrotechnical systems with non-uniform conductivity by strip has received the further development; for the first time for the complex account of regional effects on local distribution of electromagnetic fields the mathematical model inductor with magnetic concentrator of final length is developed; for the first time as a result of an establishment of functional dependencies the method of synthesis three-phase inductor with symmetric electrical parameters is developed; conditions of induction heating of ferromagnetic strips in a transverse magnetic field for the first time are determined. A subject and degree of introduction: the methods of account of an electromagnetic field are used by development of the induction equipment for heat treatment of flat hire of metals on Kirov, Orsk (Russia) and Balkhach (Kazakhstan) planes on processing color metals. Effectiveness of implantation: decrease of specific expenses of the electric power in 2 - 4 times, increase quality of heat treatment. Sphere of use: heat treatment of strips of metals.
