The further development have received theoretic-methodological approaches to research of the organisational- economic mechanism of the branch development. The peculiarities of the market transformantion in the food processing industry development of Ukraine and its regions were revealed. In the thesis were determined the perfection directions for special organisation of food processing industry. It was also substantiated the action system for competetivness improvement of food processing industry enterprises and their output. There were determined the branch prioreties for investment and the arrangements system for realisation of food processing industry innovational development model was suggested. There were determined the mechanisms for securing of ecological production improvement and food processing industry product quality stimulation on micro and macro levels. There were improved the theoretic-methodological approaches to effective mechanism forming for food processing industry integration intoworld economy. For the first time it was developed the concept of food industry management system creation.
