The object is orthopedic manifestation NF1; the aim is to improve the results of treatment with orthopedic manifestation of NF1; the research methods include of following: clinical, roentgen, rontgen-densitometric, biochemical, gіstomorfometric, sonografic, electroneuromiographic, immunological, neuropsychological technique including computer and magnetic-resonance tomography and, statistic methods; novelty shows that for the first time actual medical and social problem of diagnosis and treatment of locomotorium pathology at Recklinghausen"s disease by means of studying of structural and functional state of bone tissue, systematization of clinical-roentgenologic pictures of orthopedic manifestations of disease, diagnosis of true signs of bone skeleton lesions, development of patogenetically grounded medicament correction of osteoporosis and introduction of new methods of surgery;the results are new and improved technique of surgical treatment, the patents, introduction of new methods into orthopedic departments; the branch is - orthopedy and traumatology.
