Essay

Kinetics of nanostructure state formation in rapidly quenched alloys of the Fe-Si-B-Cu-Nb and Al-TM-REM base systems depends on nanocrystal growth factor rather than crystal nucleation; adequately model of kinetics of this transition was proposed. Structure transitions occur in melts at critical temperatures; high-temperature structure state is inherited at glass forming. Developed nanocrystalline alloys were applied at instrument-making enterprises.
