Object of research - processes of deriving of the information on a condition force electromechanical converters (FEC) at complex change of diagnostic parameters to origin of inaccuracies; an object of research - informational - measuring systems of engineering diagnosing FEC in view of complex change of diagnostic parameters to origin of inaccuracies; research techniques are founded on application: theories of measurements; theories of lapses of measurements; theories of informational - measuring systems; theories of electromechanical energy converters; numerical methods of solution of systems of nonlinear differential equations; the purpose of research - increase of reliability of diagnosing FEC in view of complex change of diagnostic parameters to origin of inaccuracies and reduction of measurement errors of diagnostic parameters; теоретическо-practical results - grounded new that known theoretical, metrology, nonproduction fundamentalses of construction of informational - measuring systems of engineering diagnosing FEC and measuring conversion of diagnostic parameters developed, it is offered new methods of diagnosing that ensure increase of reliability of diagnosing at all stages of life cycle FEC in view of complex change of diagnostic parameters to origin of inaccuracies, the analysis of making lapses of measurements of diagnostic parameters which essentially influence reliability of diagnosing is made, structures are justified, parameters and managing algorithms of measuring channels of informational - measuring systems of engineering diagnosing FEC and are offered alternatives for their realization; degree of application - in borders of area; an area of application - the electrotechnical industry.
