This thesis is dedicated to the problems of the creation of piezoactive mechanics devices for the systems of internal combustion engines control, that facilitates the increase of the effective heavy motor fuels and their mixtures use owing to their rheological properties evaluation. The kinematic schemes, mathematical models and the method of rheometers, viscosimeters on coaxial cylinders with the piezoelectric drive design has been worked out on the basis of the conception of piezoelectric devices creation, grounded upon two main principles: the similarity of processes in tribotechnical units of fuel systems with a 1?25 micron backlash and measuring probes of viscosimeters and rheometers; the use of piezoelectric elements in the drives of measuring probes in order to increase the measuring range and to ensure the smooth control of measuring speed. The method of rheological properties and viscosity factors of mechanical linear properties of a piezodrive determination has been obtained. The whole complex of rheometers on coaxial cylinders with a piezoelectric drive and a number of devices for the control and management systems have been created on this basis.
