Essay

The dissertation is an investigation of minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniations based on modern principles using different surgical technologies (percutaneous laser, endoscopic, microsurgical). Based on morphological and biochemistries investigation of different laser doses influence on lumbar disc we proved expedient using of laser for disc surgery. Indications for different types of surgical techniques were introduced. The technique of surgery was improved and new surgical operations were introduced. Personalization for using different types of surgical operations was performed. New "conductometry" method for laser percutaneous nucleoectomy for improvement results of operations was found and introduced. 3526 patients were investigated and 2791 patients were operated by using different minimally invasive surgical technologies.
