Essay

There was investigated action oxygen potential of agglomerated fluxes on nonmetal inclusions formation. Computer program was developed for calculation chemical composition and quantity of nonmetal inclusions subject to thermodynamic and thermokinetic of metallurgical reactions, which take place in slug and metal phases, and welding conditions. The abilities of agglomerated fluxes concerning to structures and mechanical properties control was show. There was offer the ways of oxygen and hydrogen partial pressure under melted slug governing, and technology of low hydrogen agglomerated fluxes production. Agglomerated fluxes of new generation were developed for welding of low alloyed steels constructions.
