Research object - processes of pollution and purification of surface water for branching systems of the small and middle rivers being a special subclass of multiconnected dynamic systems with distributed parameters; Research subject - mathematical and geoinformation models of pollution and purification processes of surface water for branching systems of the small and middle rivers for tasks decision of state estimation and management of its; methods mathematical modeling, mathematical physics, the theory of the differential equations, the theory of fuzzy sets, the theory of optimum control, geoinformation technologies, computer and natural experiments were used; Research purpose - development of methodology of mathematical and geoinformation models creation for state estimation of surface water for branching river systems and the decision of the important scientific-applied problem of monitoring and purification processes management of river water with its help; theoretical and practical results - thecomplex of new mathematical models for an estimation, the control and managements of water state for branching systems of the small and middle rivers and geoinformation models and systems of regional state monitoring of surface water as source of the data for identification of these mathematical models are developed; introduction degree - within the limits of branch; sphere of use - protection of water.
