Vagonova O. Economic problems related to support of capacity and investment in the coal mines of Ukraine

Object of the study is internal reserves enterprise to coal branch to industry as element of the holistic system. Objective of study is development methodological and methodical approach to estimation and regulation of the processes simple and extended reproducing the mine fund under market relations, preparation toolbox on planning and modeling main technical-economic parameter mines, estimations spare and their mastering mine to small power. Methods of research are structured-system analysis, logical generalization, comparative and statistical analysis, economic and mathematical modeling and sociological study. Theoretical and practical results: methodological approaches, theoretical generalizations, methodical recommendations technical-economic parameter mines depending on supplies spare and investment attractiveness. Novelty is theoretical approaches to further improvement of the economic mechanism reproducing the mine fund, maintenances to powers of the mines at period of the reconstructions to branches. Degree of the introduction by: Governing the science and perspective development Ministry to coal industry of the Ukraine, JSC "Pavlogradvugillya", Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regional state administrations.
