Essay

The thesis is devoted to the aimed design and construction of various oxide and sulfide semiconductor systems, which should be useful as effective photo-catalysts and regular catalysts for red-ox reactions. These photo-catalysts should also be useful for the low-active non-light sensitive compounds, which can be used in the technology of special atmosphere- and light-resistant covering production.
