Object of investigation is morphogenesis of the blood vessels and tissue components in animals with differential organism's maturity on cellular, tissue and organical levels of structural organization. The goal of the investigation is determination of morphofunctional status hepatic blood vessels and tissue components in neonatal period's calves, piglets and puppies. The investigation methods is macromorphological, micromorphological, ultrasound, statistical ones. The scientific novelty: іt was estableshed morphofunctional status hepatic blood vessels and tissue components in neonatal period's animals characterize itself incompletness structure building on account of influens by placental blood flow in prenatal period of ontogenesis. The method was worked up and intravital ultrasound research was conducted first which it was showed to dynamics it border, echogenity, diameter of afferential and efferential blood vessels subject to respiration acts. It was proved first what morphofunctional status hepatic blood vessels and tissue components, dynamics of echomorphological indices and correlative interrelations stipulate participation of liver in regulation blood flow to heart animals of neonatal period. Suggested: the receiving data can be basic for perfection of animal's growth and feeding approaches in neonatal period; also organization and proving prophylactic and medical measures in disfunction of digestive organs and cardio-vascular system. The method of intravital hepatic sonography, it afferential and efferential viens in animals can be using as one from diagnostical approaches in diseases of digestive organs cardio-vascular system. Inculcated: the results of thesis work use itself into education and scientific activity of 34 subdivisions educational and research institutes of Ukraine, Russian Federation, Republic of Belorus and India. Using area: Veterinary Medicine.
