The models of description of the location data and the computation methods of timely and reliable quantification and trajectory characterization of the elements of a compact group of small-sized space objects (SO) using the limited energy potential observation devices data are developed. The developed methods for the detection of mobile objects ensure the hierarchical data accumulation along possible trajectories which results in a practical identity of the reliability of detection of small-sized SO and non-mobile objects. The methods for trajectory parameters estimation which assure acceptable errors in the trajectory parameters estimation of the near objects using a mixed sample of markers are synthesized. The suggested method for the combined classification of markers with hierarchical prior selection of hypotheses as to the belonging of the markers to the objects which assures acceptable error probability in the classification of markers
