The dissertation is devoted to creation of methodology of designing of axial piston hydromachines (APH) of a high technical level. The methodology of designing APH of a high technical level with application of the hierarchical multilevel model created on the basis of a morphological principle of decomposition with definition of connections inside levels and between levels on values of criterion parameters technical perfection and conditions of serviceability which are recognized determining for these connections is proved and developed. For this model APH the methodological basis of designing is analytical definition of rational parameters of the swinging unit by system consideration of kinematics, conditions of solidity, rigidity, durability and power efficiency. The analysis of influence of constructive circuits on specific parameters of axial piston hydromachines is executed. The choice of the settlement circuit is proved, the mathematical model of pumping unit is created and bases of a choice of their rational geometrical parameters are formulated. The technique of a choice of the sizes of pumping unit on relative parameters is developed, values of corners of an inclination of the block of cylinders or a disk for maintenance of the minimal axial dimensions of the hydromachine are established. The design procedure of durability of hydromachines which is limited fatigue by durability of the block of cylinders is developed. Influence of deformations of details pumping unit on power characteristics of the hydromachine is investigated. The basic ways and parameters of hydraulic unloading of pumping unit are submitted and its mathematical model is developed. Questions of creation and research of hydromachines with the inclined block of cylinders and conic regulation of working volume are considered.
