Essay

This thesis is devoted on determination of the general principles of structural and phase state and electrophysical characteristics of multi-layer metal film systems. It is also stated that there is correlation between the values of the electrophysical parameters and the phase-structure of the film systems. The following conclusion is drawn that taking into account temperature and deformation effects for the electron transfer parameters gives opportunity to obtain better agreement of the experimental data with the theoretically calculated data.
