Essay

In dissertation work was carried out a complex research of essence of transformation of system of the financial and economic control in conditions of a deepening of market bases of economy of Ukraine. It was offered construction of system of the financial and economic control to carry out by uniform rules, principles, approaches with precises delimitation of functions and powers of the supervising subjects. The structure of the professional standarts of the financial and economic control is developed. The technique of audit of efficiency of use of a budget means, which is based on criteria of an estimation of profitability, efficiency, productivity, legality and quality of services is offered.
