Essay

In the thesis, the author has reduced results of theoretical generalizing wear and tear equipment theory owing to creating new methods of forecasting industrial hydraulic transport equipment longevity. The discriminatory analysis of slurries is designed by approximating their fragments with exact polyhedrons, and rolled by spheres and ellipsoids. It is proposed to solve the different aspects of wear rate based on hydrodynam-ics analysis of stream and physics-mechanical characteristics of interaction bodies. The author has developed laboratory-scale plants and methods of bench test work out for inspection the adequacy of designed models. Methods of forecasting longevity is designed, approved and introduced for a result of carried out researches on the basis of obtained outcomes.
