Chukaeva I. Fuel complex of Ukraine modern conditions and prospect of development

The dissertation is devoted to developments fuel complex of Ukraine in a context of formation of rational structure of fuel and energy balance in new geopolitic and economic conditions; the purpose - development of theoretic-methodological bases and scientifically-methodical approaches to formation of strategy of development of a fuel complex in modern conditions, granting of scientific - practical recommendations for its realization, and also definition of directions of improvement of perspective power supply as bases of power safety of the country; methods - statistical, economic analysis, analogies, the functional analysis, economic-mathematical, expert estimations, modelling, balance, operational researches and optimization, the system approach; Novelty - are developed methodological to modelling of processes of formation of specific and summary fuel and energy balances, theoretical-methodological bases developments of a fuel and energy complex in new geopolitic and economic conditions of Ukraine are proved, for the first time is developed model of definition of influence on power consumption of gross national product of different alternatives resources on the remote prospect depending on scripts of development of economy and the economic estimation of a complex of alternative calculations of a resource part of perspective fuel and energy balances is carried out; result - long-term strategy of development of a fuel complex and increase of a level of power safety of the country in new economic and geopolitic conditions is developed; it is introduced into economic practice.
