Essay

In this work a new trend is developed and grounded concerning prediction of clinical course of degenerative- dystrophic diseases of dysplastic genesis as an example of spinal column. On the basis of complex estimation of clinical manifestations of spine osteochondrosis of 1446 patients of various ages and connective tissue state it was demonstrated a leading role of dysplasia in spine osteochondrosis emergence. It was determined that spine osteochondrosis as a disease is manifested during dysplasia of connecive tissue of the second and third degree (96,8 %). With the object of predicting of early degenerative- dystrophic changes pathology of locomotorium system in schoolchildren (974), newborns (85) and their parents considered in comparing with connective tissue state. Revealed level of dysplasia gives possibility to predict emergence of the first clinical signs of degenerative- dystrophic manifistations in more earlier age comparing with parents. Prediction of dysplasia was carried out in 64,5 % ofexamined children.
