The dissertation is devoted to the solving a problem of large-scale products' geometrical parameters determination for applying multi channel laser range meters to get coordinates of surface points with following determination of its mathematical model. The influence of surface' features on the type of reflecting radiation is reserched. The methodic of the creation of multi channel range meter systems' structure and software is worked out.
