The object of researches – the metabolism in cows organism of different stages of pre- and postpartural periods and the influence of vitamins А, D, E after their parenteral administration separatly and in combination with selenium. . The purpose of research – to establish the peculiarities of metabolism in cows organism at pre- and postpartural periods, after retard of fetal placenta and parentbral admanastration of watersoluble (insolvit) and fallysoluble (trivit) forms of vitamins А, D, E separatly and combined with selenium, and also elaboration of effective method of stimulation reproductive function in cows and their therapy after fetal placenta retard. Methods of researches – biochemical (kolorimetric, chromatographyс, electrophoretic, radiological), zootechnical, clinical, statistical; spectrophotometer CF-26, gas-ciguid chromatograph Chrom-4 (Chesk Rep.), scintilatoric counter Rovetta (LKB, Sweden), chromatograh Milichrom/ Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty – as a resultof complex investigation of the dynamics of investigation of the concentration of separatc protein franctions and lipid classes and their fatty acid composition, concentration of glucose, NEFA, free amino acids, vitamins A and E, lipid peroxidation products and some hormones in cows blood at different stages of pregnancy and calving, the new data about biochemical peculiarities of pre- and postpartural period. The changes of protein, lipid and fatty acid composition in blood plasma after placenta retard have been established and a new efficient method of it terapy has been elaborated. The influence of vitamins А, D, E on metabolic profile of blood and the activity of antioxidant system in cows and heifers has been investigated and the higher influence of watersoluble form of vitamins on biochemical indices has been established. The stimulatory effect of vitamins А, D, E after administration to heifers on protein and lipid synthesis and energetical processes in endometrium and other tissues has been established. The rise of the influence of vitamins А, D, E on the activity of antioxidant system after parenteral administration with selenium has been discovered. The method of profilaxis of postpartural pathologies and the method of elevation of cow’s reproductive ability has been elaborated. Subject and extent of usage – the elaborated method of terapy of cows placenta retard and stimulation of reproductive function will be used in agrofirms. Field of application – biochemistry, milk husbundary, veterinary medicine.
