Lapin Y. The economic potential of the industrial enterprise: forming, evaluation, management

Object of research: process of reproduction of the economic potential of the industrial enterprises and organizational-economic mechanism of it providing. Purpose of research: developing theoretical and scientific-methodical basis of forming, evaluation and management of economic potential of the industrial enterprise in competitive environment conditions. Methods of investigation and instrumentation: methods of systematic, structural, comparative, formal-logical analysis, economic-statistical methods, methods of modeling and prediction. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: fundamentally the essence of “economic potential” has been concretized from the position of optimal combination of economic recourses, organization of production level, effectiveness of management system; for the first time the necessary and sufficient conditions of optimal correlation of structural elements of enterprise’s economic potential has been determined; theoretical and scientific-methodical approaches to forming ofenterprise’s economic potential security has been proposed and grounded; scientific and methodical approaches to cost evaluation of enterprise’s economic potential has been proposed; principles and methods of correlations of economic potential subsystems with economic potential of higher hierarchical levels has been improved; the definition of the essence “enterprise’s productive potential” has been improved; the mechanisms of enterprise’s economic potential management has been improved on basis of accounting of objective tendencies of its separate constituents interactions; theoretical theses of economic essence definition of “personnel potential of enterprise” and methodical approaches to it cost evaluation has been developed on the basis of accounting of profit rate on debt human capital; theoretical theses of enterprise’s investment potential management get further development - on the basis of accounting of active and passive influence on the investments multiplier; principles and methods of strategic management of the enterprise has been developed – on the basis of accounting of predicted indexes of it economic potential. The practical value of obtained results consists in creating the methodical supplying of the process of strategic planning of the industrial enterprises development on the basis of evaluation and predicting of it economic potential, agreement of branch and territorial programs of economic development. Degree of implementation: the suggested scientific and methodical approaches were used by the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine at forming of state development programs of the base industry branches; State Property Fund of Ukraine at developing of long-term plans of base chemical industry enterprises’ restructuring and stocking; at perfection of strategic management systems in the industrial enterprises of Sumy region – PSC “Sumykhimprom” and PSC “Selmi”; for the increasing of methodical supplying of educational process in Sumy State University. Sphere of usage: base branches of economics,indust- rial enterprises, institutions of the government and local government, educational process.
