Essay

Object - reparative, metabolic and clinical effect of application of biologically active additive on the basis of milk phospholipids during enteropathology of calves. Purpose - to prove biochemically and clinically the necessity of reparation therapy application on the basis of milk phospholipids during neonatal enteropathology of calves.. Methods - fluorescent, spectrophotometric, chromatographic, methods of electron and light microscopy, immunobiological, potentiometric, clinical, toxicological, multiple classification, mathematical statistics. Novelty - biologically active additive of reparative action FLP-MD was created on the basis of cow milk phospholipids. Complex scheme of additive application with traditional means of therapy shows the marked reparative effect in damaged epitheliocytes with stripped cover of mucous membrane of empty gut, liver, renal branches that at the same time has a positive influence on intracellular metabolism in affected tissues. It was found an acceleration of recoveryof lipid, protein, carbohydrates, fat-soluble vitamins (A and E) and microelements metabolism, acid-base equilibrium and electrolytic balance. Antioxidative, antiphlogistic, antiatherogenic, cholagogic, antianemic and immunopotential effects were observed that stimulate rehabilitation processes in new-born animals' organism. Such calves have no destructive changes in apical membranes of small intestine enterocytes. Complex scheme of cure with FLP-MD additive application, that is non-toxic and has no contra-indications, has an advantage in comparison with traditional one because it promotes more intensive recovery of damaged tissues that substantially accelerates recovery of animals, decreases heaviness and time of disease, anticipates the development of complications and relapses and increases the effectiveness of rehabilitative actions. Results of researches - are used in practical veterinary medicine, scientific and research work and in educational process. Branch - biochemistry, veterinary.
