Lapta S. The elaboration of the theory of mathematical modelling of complex homeostatic systems

The thesis is devoted to the elaboration of the theory of mathematical modelling of the complex systems with unsufficient structure, that have homeostatic characteristics with local delay, on the example of the most investigated, on the conceptual level, physiological system of carbohydrate exchange regulation. The new approach was proposed, which differs in that the structural identification of the complex homeostatic system is carrying out in functional aspect. The new mathematical models were received, the methods and means of the mathematical computer modelling as well as the calculating methods were improved. The trustworthiness of results and conclusions are corroborated by carrying out computer modelling experiments and comparing their results with the clinical data. The proposed methods in the form of software were inculcated in current work of a number of medical institutions.
