The thesis is dedicated to the development of efficient supply systems, hierarhic multiocontour structures of multicriterion optimal control systems, and local fast subsystems of autonomous by phase control of electrotechnologic complex "arc steel melting furnace - supply network" coordinates. Methods of optimal control vector synthesis are proposed, efficient control strategies are grounded, mathematical and numerical models of stell melting modes were developed.
