This work is devoted to study of correlation of morphofunctional indices of immune cells and persistence of different infectious agents (micoplasma, ureaplasma, chlamidia, Herpesviridae and Hepatitis viruses) in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in different phases of disease and its changes during treatment with methotrexate, sulfasalazine and aminochinolones and inclusion of cycloferon and nonmedication methods. The criteria based on immune indices of choice of basic treatment method, disease prognosis value and differential diagnosis in early Rheumatoid Arthritis have been revealed. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
