Essay

The thesis is dedicated to development the sciences and technological bases of steel processing in ladles by solid and melted deoxidising, modification, microalloying and alloying metallic additions, obtained in magnetodynamic aggregates under external actions. It was investigated by mathematical and physical modelling methods and natural experimental processes of interaction and definite laws of heat and mass transfer in liquid metallic medium and metallic medium with liquid and solid phases, in that number under electromagnetic fields and others external actions. It was improved and worked out the new constructions of the magnetodynamic aggregates and energy keeping technological processes for making in its alloys for ladle processing of steel. Technological processes for steel processing in the ladles having big and small capacity by metallic additions prepared in the magnetodynamic aggregates were worked out and improved. The technologies were tested in industrial conditions and ensured energy andmaterials economy, increase and stability of steel properties.
