Essay

The thesis is devoted to creating and investigation of complex of new economic and mathematical models of dynamics of open national economy and on this basis of this investigation to obtaining new qualitative results on trajectory of its probable economic growth. Conception in which asserted that mathematical object of such dynamics is systems of linear and nonlinear differential and difference equations, is developed. The controls on set of unstable trajectories for the aggregated open model of economic growth are constructed which at the expense of change of structural parameters of economy allow to support economy in a dynamic state of the maximal well-being for a long time. The optimal industrial opportunities of open diversified economy are opened at the expense of rationalization of structure of import and export. The main trajectory of model of dynamic input-output balance of open economy providing the maximal rate of economic growth at dynamic restrictions on export and import is constructed. The system models of evolution of unstable open economy describing dynamics of manufacture, distribution and consumption of production inseparably linked with functioning of banking system of financial ensuring of these processes are constructed and investigated.
