In the dissertation the scientific and technical problem is considered - construction of synthetic models generalized dynamic systems on the basis of neural networks for realization of mathematical modelling rules. The structure of synthetic models has been worked out and the requirements for their elements' synthesis has been justified. The strategy of models application, in problems of a large scale systems and obtaining additional information which concerns interior description of research object and structure of data choice have been given.
