Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the casting parameters processes stability influence increasing on a superficial layer of casts from iron-carbon alloys quality by development and introduction of new progressive technological methods and the equipment for optimization of the moulding processes, based on synchronizing management warmmassexchange in the foundry form. The theoretical bases of synchronizing management in the "cast - form" system for casts from iron-carbon alloys are developed. The adequacy of warmmasscarry processes universal model in the "cast - form" system is created and experimentally confirmed. The AMS by processes warmmassexchange in the "cast - foundry form" system is developed. For an example of real ways of moulding practical test of the offered approach is lead to single forms. The technological methods and the equipment for improvement of casts quality from iron-carbon alloys received in single forms are developed and introduced.
