Essay

Investigation subject is processes and phenomenon in wave gear mechanism influencing on qualitative characteristics and structure. Purpose of investigation is to create high- performance wave gear mechanism. Analysis comprises methods of mathematical and physical simulation based on fundamental laws of machine mechanism, hydraulic gas dynamics theory of elasticity, friction, gearing. Theoretical and practical results are methodology and principles of creation of high-performance wave gear mechanism were developed; new wave gear mechanisms are designed, methods of calculations of new mechanisms and design engineering techniques. Novelty lies in that there were created the theoretical foundations of increase of effectiveness of the wave gear mechanisms and developed the experimentally proved mathematical models and analysis of the their qualitative characteristics. Degree of implementation consist of that the result are used by Ukraine design bureau and enterprises during developing of new engineering. Sphere of use is as follows: mechanical drives and mechatronics.
