Essay

The dissertation is devoted to determination of the regularities of the defect concentration, the electric field and the mechanical strengths influence on temperature and time dynamics of the incommensurably modulated and the crystal lattice dynamics, the phase sequence in the crystals with incommensurate phase by optical and dielectric methods. The common regularity of the defect influence on the modulated structure dynamics has been determined. The stationary defects cause the local changes of the phase of incommensurate structure. The movable defects as a result of their ordering in the modulated structure field induce appearing of several modulation waves in one crystallo-graphic direction. In this case the total modulation is determined through the superposition of the such modulation waves. It has been found at first that the topologic defects - the soliton density wave - are created under the gradient factors influence.
