Object of research - processes plasma - TIG of welding and a plasma - MIG welding a powder wire. Object of research - power features plasma - TIG and a plasma - MIG welding owls, distribution of thermal energy, character of fusion of electrodes, formation the platen, definition of structure for a plasma - MIG welding and requirements.Methods of researches - synchronous and high-speed filming (research volt of characteristics, shuntings of a plasma arch, process of fusion fusing also cost bones of not fusing electrode); calorimetric measurements in units and in welding samples; quantitative macro-and microscopy (the sizes zones); optical microscopy; hardware sampling aerosolize (definition of influence modes plasma process owls of welding and welding on their ecological compatibility). Dissertation the work is devoted to development of scientific and technological bases of plasma processes of welding both buildup by electrodes, principles of construction of devices for their practical realization. The set of scientific rules and technical development submitted in the dissertation, makes the decision of the important scientific - applied problem of creation of highly effective ways of plasma processing of materials, that allows by development and introduction of effective measures on perfection of technological processes of manufacturing of various details, including application of the optimum parameters of modes of welding and parameters an electrode, to reac essential increase of quality of products and their operational durability with simultaneous increase of productivity of process. The physical processes in a plasma arch burning in environmen are investigated. The results of researches of stability of burning and stability an electrode are given at welding aluminium alloys an alternating current depending on density of a current. With the help of the advanced technique of definition of power influence of a plasma arch on the basic metal the estimation of his sizes is executed. With the help of the developed technique the thermal cycles are determined at a plasma-MIG process. The results of researches on specification of the electropower characteristics were taken into account by development of a design плазмотронів under various kinds of materials and installations ensuring stability of process наплавлення and high quality of metal.
